This Research Infrastructure Improvement (RII) EPSCoR Research Fellows project provides a fellowship to an Assistant Professor and training for a graduate student at the University of North Dakota. This work is conducted in collaboration with Dr. Mark Shephard at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
