This project provides funding for students from U.S. institutions of higher learning to attend the 2026 IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communications (PerCom). Pervasive computing focuses on technologies that are critical for many areas of high importance to society, such as smart cities, connected communities, efficient transportation networks and secure electrical grid.
