Summary
During this past year, we completed accrual to Phase 2 study of Minnelide for ASCP and began correlative science on samples associated with the study. Study results were presented at AACR Annual meeting and a manuscript is in preparation. In addition, we are completing analysis of pre-clinical studies examining the role of squamous master regulator dNp63 in chemotherapy resistance and metastasis. A mansucript is in preparation. During this past year, we accrued over a dozen patients with pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma to the Rare Solid Tumor Natural History Study and have continued to follow
