ABSTRACT The Northwest Indian College (NWIC) in partnership with the Northwest Washington Indian Health Board (NWWIHB), proposes a Phase I application in response to the OTA-23-007 HEAL Initiative: Native Collective Research Effort to Enhance Wellness (N CREW) Program: Addressing Overdose, Substance Use, Mental Health and Pain.
