Summary
Neural communication relies on both chemical and electrical signals, with neurotransmitters acting across multiple timescales to regulate brain function. To fully understand this complexity, we need implantable devices capable of simultaneously monitoring multiple types of brain signals over extended periods. Although significant progress has been made, current technologies still lack reliable, long-term, multimodal detection capabilities. This CAREER project aims to develop a transformative neural interface designed to monitor multiple brain signals with high spatial resolution and across var
